The Nursery
Smeaton Nursery Gardens is East Lothian’s premiere plant retailer, carrying more plants in more varieties than anywhere around. We specialise in ornamental and fruit trees and carry a wide range all year round. Many varieties of rare trees and shrubs sourced from our quality network of suppliers are seldom offered elsewhere in the area.
Tearoom
Our staff are always on hand to offer friendly advice, make recommendations for particular situations, plant identification, and cultural information to help you get the best results from your garden.
Starting at Smeaton in 2003, Nursery Manager, Steve has over 35 years experience in horticulture, working at some of the UK’s best known retailers and growers before joining the team. Co manager Elaine, has also been with us for over 15 years and has vast knowledge and experience to offer. They are always happy to help you with any questions you might have.
